Chat update
This should solve the problem for most people regarding the chat.
I have been able to set it up as a link to open in a new window. That way, those that want to chat can open the window and use it and those at work will not have the main forum banned. Try this out, but I think this should make everyone happy. By evenings end I will have a link at the bottom of the page as well as on the main page of the .org site
