How many of you coaches got off to a terrible start in a league debut and what did you do to overcome it. There has to be many coaches out there who had to take major lumps in a brand new system before he righted the ship. pep woods told me he had to pay his dues before he started winning. Even the great great, one more time, great michael robertson said he was terrible before he learned the system. he is thegreatest coach i ever saw play. I scored a td on him at the texas shootout although i think he let me.
