What do you do in a situation where there is a simultaneous catch, tackle and possible fumble? Here's the scenario.

Stick pass down the right sideline to Ocho Cinco. Chris "The Hitman" Harris (BEARS) hits Chad at the exact moment Chad touched the ball AND knocked Chad over on his arse!!!

Would you call this a catch and possible fumble? SHAKE THE BOX!!!
Or is it Incomplete because he didn't/couldn't make a "football move" after the catch?
