Default Skills games for kids?

Thinking caps on....
At the MFCA Convention in Ohio in August we are providing entertainment for as many as 1000 kids over a 3 hour window. The kids can roam from table to table upon entering the gymnasium and they will bearriving at various times over the 3 hours.

There will be flag football going on outside and autograph gathering. The MFCA will need 8 -10 tables of skills type events that they can easily come up and do.

Events such as 8 lanes speed race using the men we provide. They pick a lane.
Passing to a target
Running back a kick
etc...

We need good ideas that can be setup at these tables. Keep in mind that it is a madhouse and we won't have agreat deal of time to explain each event like we would normally like to. The kids just want to get to a table and play and then get there prize! They have fun and usually the adults want to visit more about the game as it is played now so each table will have someone that can go more in depth with those interested.
