Necklines are like OPERATION

"It takes a steady hand!"

I slap on Model Master Acryl Warm Skin Tone - face, neck and arms.
Then I go over the flesh with a bead of MM Acryl Black or Testors Orange Enamel - after the flesh dries, of course! - for the neckline.
