When I placed some of my original base and team orders with Miggle Toys after getting back into this hobby in the late 90s early 00s, I received primarily original frosty bases in both TTC and rookies on sprues in the same package. By 2001/2002 or so the original stock of Frosty bases was depleted and they started developing new color schemes for the tournament bases. You could still get green bases, but they were a darker or opaque green where the frosty bases had a lighter tint. So, I had many a solitaire team with these tremendous (virgin) frosty bases, eventually I started building competitive teams and these frosty bases seem to be excellent on the O and D lines when tweaked for strength.
