what is the MM scale size for EF/MF figs?

Hey my EF/MF family:
Question what is the MM size of the figs we use, im asking so that i have the specs for a figure maker in england that is interested in our hobby, and check this he wants to do a miniature version of Rugby, but he may be a source of new figs for us if all goes well weve been in touch for almost two years now he was very sick, but he's on the mend and very excited to attempt EF/MF figs, he also was asking about big boards, I dont know much about Rugby but he said the feild was bigger
