What type of base ??

If you had to describe the skills of players by position what would you say????
for all positions - if you like take one position . Also why would you want that certain skill or trait
I am new to EFL and trying to put together a league team so help is needed
I will have like a 48 man squad so there can be more than one type per position
Example:
RB -speed , runs straight,
RB #2- Fast turns hard to the right for a speed sweep threat , or flare pattern
