I know I have been saying the word "best ever" a lot around you John Martin, but once again I say that was "the best "time I have had, and I've have had some pretty great times.
Getting up there in the middle of the day on Sat. I missed the first night, and the great event you all put on in the morning. I just want to say I had no idea what fun I was about to have from the moment all you guys came back to the hotel. I got to meet some of you who I knew through the chat board and I was even more impressed with you all in person than the respect I had for you on the board.
How can I thank all of you when "thank you" is not a strong enough word. Playing on Saturday with guys I never played against before was totally a great experience and the only regret I have is that I did not get to play all of you who I never get to play. Man, it was exciting, competitive, and just pure fun and laughter throughout all the games I played. Jimbo, thanks for breaking ice for me, and getting me on the board to play. I did not know if I wanted to play, and you just came over and said "let's go", and made me totally feel relaxed. Also, thanks to you and the rest of you who showed me some nice tips, and also a few other ways of playing. I really loved it.
I want to thank you guys who came up with this great great idea and for putting this whole thing together. Also, to Danny for letting us use his pad (right next to the Stadium) for a party I'll never forget. Forever imbedded in my head are the words of Danny.
Lastly, I want to thank the man who once again made me use the words "That was the best". John Martin, I want to thank you for everything you put together for the party and for taking me into your home. Please tell your wife I said thanks a ton for everything and her pancakes,and cookies, well you know,"are the best"!!!!! You, my friend, had absolutely everything a party could have; on a top notch level. This guy totally outdid himself, and truely showed a GIGANTIC welcoming to Ohio. For anyone who missed that party you have to promise yourself you will make it to it next year. On top of everything we had to eat and drink, the atmosphere was dynamic and awesome. From the Redskins Hogets coming down the street and talking to their good friend Wierdwolf and K-Lo,(PRICELESS), to just checking out all the sights and sounds surrounding the game. The air show was off the hook, and hail to the Redskins cheerleaders. Honestly, that is just some of the fun I had. I could honestly write a book on the time I had, and I honestly mean that. Thanks again for the comaradary I had with all of you. It was a perfect weekend with a perfect bunch of people. Thanks to all of you and I promise next year I'm taking off for the whole three days. I had a blast!!!!!!!
