Help!!

I just purchased some various bases from miggle. I started trying to tweak a few ttc bases. I started by flashing with no good results. I then would just slightly squeeze the prongs. The base would simply arc in a circle imediately left or right. I have tried to tweak 5 of these bases and I have spent an hour on some of them. I lost all 5 bases. I am not a beginning tweaker, but I am not getting anywhere with these bases. I have tried almost everything but cannot get anything out of these bases. Can anyone help??
