Yes it can even happen to the GrandMaster KC....
Ebay has claimed a victim...well not ebay but a shysty seller with 0 FB(which I missed before bidding) I won a board with WT"S with free shipping" he had a friend run the price up and then after I sent my USPS MO, he is no longer a registered with ebay and all of his contact info was NG
 Lesson learned when I was self exciled I was to stay away from bidding Be careful this is my first - experience in over 700+ so just keep your eye out for Ebay hustlers.
