Feeling really down!!

Almost two years ago, my wife of 20 yrs did the same, and it devastated me and our grown daughters. I was in a bad way, and still have ahard time coping with something that none of us seen coming. My wife moved back in with us, she didnt file for divorce, but our married life is over. Me and my daughters still struggle with her decision. She just seemed to go off the deep end, and apparently from what ive read, its happening more and more with women. In my real down days, i try to think about positive things.
