after the intitial snap of the ball stop, does a cb still have to release the wr if they have not yet engaged?
how about after one stoppage, a player is still within 5 yards, but has not been engaged by a defender, can he still be bumped? actually, i dont even know if this is right, didnt the 5 yard rule go out the window a few years ago?
