Smile Let's share our glory day photos

I have started this thread because I know there are alot of us who played the game of football through elementary, Middle School, High School, College and even Semi-Pro.

I will share my photos if you guys will share yours...here is a couple to get things started.

LONG LIVE FOOTBALL.

Photo #1 is my Dad and I when we lived in Sacramento, California. I made the JV my Freshman year in a school of 1,800. My Dad was a great coach and came to all my games, while my Mom never came to a single game (she could not handle the punishment I handed out and received). Both of my parents are gone, but on weekends during the NFL Playoffs I miss my Dad something terrible...he loved football and despite me being a Cowboys fan, he loved the Steelers and would have loved to watch the game this Sunday-I am sure he will be watching, just not with me.

Photo #2 is simply labeled "the catch" this was one of my best one handed catches, as my main position was middle linebacker, but I was playing tide end on this play. I played backup quarterback, fullback, tailback and tide end as well. This picture is from Fernley, Nevada (notice the desert in the background). Lovelock was the height of my career. I had atleast two interception per game and I picked off a pass and returned it 70 yards for a touchdown in the state championship game (my most memorable moment). This photo was taken at Fernley, Nevada...about 20 miles east of Reno and one of the harshest turfs to play on...there was no turf...it was solid rock with a little sand over it. The yard lines literally blew away by halftime. We had a great team with only 23 guys on the team, everyone played. We were a single 1a team, but we had a 250 pound fullback, who could not be stopped.

So come on guys...don't be shy...I want to see all of your photos...because this is who we are Football Nation!
