Default Creating a Board Game

I'm creating a football board game similar to Ideal's All Pro Football made back
in the late 60's. The problem I run into is with the passing game. I want to account for underthrows, overthrows, drops, tips, passes behind the receiver,
interceptions, interference, completions, bullet passes, and lob passes. I want it as real as possible but not so complicated or technical it's not fun.
I am also shooting for a learning tool where people will actually see what goes on during plays understanding offensive and defensive strategy. This is a work in progress. I welcome all suggestions.
