For me this is the greatest day of the year! It is a day of male-bonding...a day of drinking beer, eating a tremendous amout of food and just enjoying the freedoms of being an American...free to be just who we are.

Perhaps that is why Superbowl Sunday has become a national holiday because it is truely a day of fellowship and when everyone puts their differences a side to just enjoy football. We would have more peace on Earth if everyday was Superbowl Sunday.

I hope everyone also remembers that not all of our brothers are with us here in this great country. I have a friend from work, who has been in Iraq for over 9 months now and although our Cowboys are not in the Superbowl-they will be watching in the middle of the night...this is their day too.

So sit back...get your loved ones around...pick a team...and feel good about the fact that you live in the greatest country on planet Earth...and maybe take a moment to pray for those who are protecting our freedom and for their safe return home...
