Da 'Boys bring in Roy Williams and get rid of Roy Williams. 'Biscuit, as Coach Parcels use to call him, has made his last hit in a Dallas uniform. Old #38, has been released by the Cowboys, as Jones tries to revamp the character of the Cowboys.

I like Roy Williams. Even have an all-pro Roy Williams safety but even, I've got to realize, he has not helped this team and ever since Woodson was here, never wanted to listen to anyone.

So I wish Roy well in his endeavors and hope he listens to his fellow safeties and coaches on coverage schemes. Losing your job through layoff or firing is a humbling experience. Let's hope it humbles Roy.

The other Roy is now the focal point of the passing offense that TO dictated. Things should improve tremendously in Cowboy land.!

There's no sense in saying "Get yo' ready" anymore!
