Thoughts on other leagues

What do you think about the other leagues that are trying to crop up? I personally think the economic environment is perfect for a low-cost competitor to the NFL. The question is whether these leagues can deliver the goods and will they end up canibalizing each other. What about venues? Can they retain players?
