what's wrong with Excalibur??

Is this company's a joke or what?? I've tried several times (by phone or by e-mail) to get some informations regarding the replacements parts and i don't have any news from them. And how' bout the NFL teams??? . This company is a disgrace!!!!! Please Excalibur, and also the NFL, please bring back the liscencing to Miggle. At least, when i sent an e-mail or called them, i have a nswer.
