This is the way that it should be in my humble opinion.

As for equipment, You will have to set a weight limit and template size for figures. My suggestion would be 4.0 or 4.1 since most customized figures with a base will not make 3.3. As someone mentioned, it would be easier to add weight than take it off.

I would also propose that the figure height and width not exceed the Tudor/Miggle LB figure.
