I would like to take this time and welcome you to the MPFL and as a way to get you ready for what will be a first season for some of you and 2 or more for others.

I highly recomend that you tune in to the NFL Network as it is a teaching tool for this system. There is a mind set that you must be willing to adopt and watching the NFL Network will help you.

Hear is a list of things to avoid in order to have a good season;
*Avoid being one dimensional (TTQB)
*You must not just sit back and watch the game and hope luck is on you're side.
*Not know the rule of actual football.
*Not knowing you're team.
*Not putting in practice time in the system.
*Not having a kicker or punter.
*Not respecting the system.
*Not asking question befor the start of the season.
*Not knowing the Pass Placement chart.
*Looking for loop holes in the system.
*Treating this system like its one stop.


What you need to know;
*You're team is a reflection of you, offense, defence, special teams.
*Know you're team.
*Be ready for actual game pressure.
*What you don't know can and will cost you a win.
*What you don't know equals to penalties.
*Think like an actual football coach not an EF coach.
*Understand each position on the field and be ready to think for said position.
*There are no free be's in this system.
*You earn every yard.
*This is a miniature simulation of actual football.
*Start building you're team NOW!!!!!!!!!

Some may wonder or think that this system is hard, actual it is vert simple, when the board stops you have 20 seconds to, redirect free player, avoid penalties, pass, hand off, take players off magnets and that is it, every thing else is actual NFL Football.

I'm hear to help you get better and to master this system but you must be willing to learn. There have been past coaches who were unwilling to accept constructive criticism and thus didn't have a winning season and I do not want you to follow in there foot steps.
