The Kicker has a Lump of Risin " like a block of plastic " on the inside foot

that the kicker plants his foot with.

Between Both Feet is where you will find this Foot Rest Block to set the

spring loaded leg in place before your ready..

Check out the Kicker closest to the bottom part of the picture...

Look at the highlighted area......That's a Foot Rest being highlighted so you

can see where you need to set the spring loaded leg...

Remember I said.... Laces Out!? because these Kicker's can swing a kick far

left in a hurry...
