Ra! Ra! Ra! Yes, it’s the Egyptian Ra, the latest expansion team of the WMLMF ( West Michigan League of Miniature Football ).

Their QB is none other than Moses himself. As adept at parting defenses as he is the Red Sea , Moses hopes to lead his team to the promised land and a berth in the WMLMF 2010 championship game. Helping him out at the running back position is Ramesses. A product of Cartouche University, Ramesses holds the NVAA (Nile Valley Athletic Association) all time rushing record.

The Ra defensive line is anchored by Neferhotep. A great leader, he calls all the defensive formations. At outside linebacker is Anubis. Nicknamed “The Jackal”, Anubis is a fierce pass rusher who like to wrap up opposing QB’s as if they were mummies.

The Ra will begin play this season in the Un-North division along with the Midwest Mennonites, Three Mile Island Toxic Waste, New Zealand Zombies and the San Francisco Flaming Fairies.
