Clevend Rams
Yes, AL this is the Original Cleveland Rams before they moved to LA. They were also part of the 1936 AFL before joining the NFL in 1937.
Here is a comment from a Pro Football Encyclopedia about the original Rams: The first new club in the league since 1933, the Rams played like an expansion team by winning one out of eleven games. The offense scored the least points in the NFL while the defense sprang for the most. Coach Hugo Bezdek, the only man who managed a major league baseball team and coached in the NFL, built the squad from a slew of rookies, a few defectors from the outlaw American Football League and a handful of NFL veterans. Most of the rookies came from Midwest schools like Purdue and Ohio State and the gems of the bunch were back Johnny Drake, the club’s leading rusher, and center Chuck Cherundolo, a lineman, who would have a long NFL career. The team’s top passer, Bob Synder, left the AFL along with five others to join the new NFL franchise. Two veterans of the Chicago Bears, center Ookie Miller and tackle Ted Rosequist, helped bring the club some respectability.
