COOL! Nice green also.

Maybe go back over with the orange and try to get the lines straighter on top of the white. But only if you feel you can. But otherwise, a good start and good colors. And for you son? EXCELLENT

I CANT WAIT FOR MY SON TO SAY "Dad, can you paint a team for me?"

Keep doin it!

Scott

Hoop,

I remember feeling the same way when I introduced D.C. to the hobby. He asked me to paint a team for him so he could play in the TBA. He told me that he wanted the 1998 Hotlanta Falcons. So I painted him the Dirty Birds in their 1998 black jerseys with the black helmets, and then I did the throwback white jerseys with the red helmets from the late 70's early 80's. I even added a few oldtimers (Steve Bartkowski, Gerald Riggs, William Andrews, and Jessie Tuggle) to the squad. D.C. led the falcons to the playoffs with Jamal Anderson (most all-purpose yardage) winning the league MVP in 2001, and Michael Vick (23 TD passes) winning league MVP in 2002. As time went on, D.C. started painting his own teams, and his skillz far surpassed mine.

Rick... Florida A&M is looking good. Keep up the good work, because your son is sure to enjoy them!!!

As great as painting a team for my son was... what's even better?!? Is when a FATHER can say ""Son, can YOU paint a team for me?"

Oh what a joy!!!

Peace,

Don

they look good!

I usually take an exacto knife and scrape it along all the seams to get rid of the extra plastic that gets in the way while painting

(make sure the blade is sharp but don't cut... keep the blade perpendicular to the surface and scrape like you are peeling a carrot, that way you wont hack into the figure by accident... safety glasses are always a good idea... it has never happened but a blade could snap or plastic shavings could fly into your eye)

keep the pictures coming!
