What is this game?

Hi Coaches,

I just got back from a board game auction and this old EF game was in it and naturally I had to scoop it up as soon as I saw Bubba Smith and Gale Sayers on the game!

I'm just curious as to what I have here. All I know is that it is a Gotham game. It runs very well with a bit of a sag in it but thats ok. It seems to be complete except for the goal posts, which is easy enough to replace. Also the bases of the players are oval and they actually motor along the board fairly well.

So what exactly do I have here?
