power offense vs power defense
in short yardage, some teams will setup the Power-O to get some tough yards.
Defenses have to have a counter and still print the heat....below is a classic of each.... Do yu know who won this battle (just the play)??? |

from looking at the photo
i would think the raiders won this battle but it depends on what the colts had going on up front.....but i would have to say that the weakside cb had a big effect on the outcome....depending on his quickness and push on #32

For short yardage...
...I'd say the Colts won the battle on this play.

It depends on who is carrying the ball. If 32 is carrying the "D" has the addvanatage becuase of the MLB pivot. If the other RB has the ball then advantage "O". If it's a play action pass then the "O" definetly has the advantage.

well the answer was .....
teh offense decided that it was better to wait for the shuttle pass play to the left RB but it was not to be as the defense stayed home on it. for a short gain
