making your own decals

i printed out some number decals from a link i got off of the m****e page and i want to know how to change the color. also i use the Testor decal cd and i'm trying to print out the usfl helmet logo's. can a efl brother get any help on this ??? btower06

I'm not familiar with Testors decals, and have never used or even seen them. If they have a CD for decal making, than this seems like a fine starting point.

For future reference, I do have all USFL graphics although it is rare that anyone asks for them. It would be nice to run some off since I did spend a whole week designing them back in the summer.
