Welcome to the Shootout Rules Forum
There are various leagues across the country that play under the Shootout Rules forum. In this forum, we will be doing some videos on various rules and entertaining questions concerning rules.
Any number of people that play under the rule set can answer the question. If I can be of service, feel free to contact me. Another moderator will be Michael Robertson. He knows a great deal about the nuts and bolts of the rules too. Reginald Rutledge
