Now you're thinking !!!!!!!!!!

All depends on how the defense lines up. If touching at the snap then the defense MUST release the receiver to run there pass routes, also the offense MUST let the defense know if there TE is either going out or blocking.

Now if it's a run play by the offense then if the DB's are touching the WR then at that point the WR are now blocking.

This is the coaching that must be done durring the game, decoy or not ? Who knows
