in the event a pass is attempted and completed with more stoppage time available, can i still make adjustments on that play, then more on the next stoppage. this will in effect give me an extra stoppage, is this correct?

i assume that if i stop the board early No to pass, then turn it on to complete the pass, i let the board run til said completed pass despite the timer running out for that stoppage. if this happens, then we just make adjustments to that play as it was a regular stoppage.

Being that there si no "kit" to purchase, what is the reccommended way to make:
The Penalty Marker (yellow flag) Yard marker magnet and yellow cloth

Sticks for passing Balsa wood

The timer box 10 yards, or less depending on how you're board runs

Me personally, i can see the dvd and figure a way to make all of these, but in an effort to keep things standardized as much as possible, i thought i would ask for reccommendations.
