Post Will be trying something new tonite with these rules

I had an idea to try, and I will be giving it a go tonite. It involves a little twist with passing. The passing system will remain the same however, when a QB throws a pass, it doesn't always hit the mark. So when I put the pass placement stick down, and place the ball at the end of it, the twist comes in here. A quick roll of percentile dice will determine whether the pass is exactly on target, or if its slightly long, left or right. Of course the longer the pass, the chance of it being a bit off is slightly higher. I have a chart that i worked on for this. The other option im still thinking about is once a figure touches the ball, a quick roll of the percentile dice will determine if the pass was caught or dropped. The catch percentage for receivers will of course be higher than that of a DB or LB on defense. This will incorporate the dropped pass, and the reality that when a defender gets to the pass first, sometimes he drops it, or just knocks it down. This is not something that i would expect to be change in the rule system for everyone, but i will try it for myself, and if i like it, it will be part of my solitaire league.
