DVD$ vs Other$
MPFL Coaches
I was talking today to a very good friend and as I have had conversation in the past with Bill, there is a double standard in the hobby. Coaches will pay $20.00 for one custom figure and may buy 2 or 3 ($40.00-$60.00) of them, they will pay $25.00 for bags of bases (they may trash 3-7 bases), they pay $60.00-$100.00 for a custom painted team, or $15-$20.00 for a DVD of lesser quality. But when it comes down to the MPFL DVD at the price of $35.00 on line or $25.00 in person if I am at an event, they complain! Some coaches will try and bootleg the DVD, (Good Luck) that fails, they try to get is at a price of $15.00, (yeah right), they try to get around paying the price and why? They want the DVD, but want it there way. There is nothing in the DVD that you will trash, 100% of it is used, they don't think of the work that went into making it, or the cost to have them reproduced etc. Now for the many readers of this post I would ask that all who have purchased the DVD to tell the readers who are on the fence the value of this DVD.

DVD IS OF EXCELLENT QUALITY, AMERICAN USDA !!!
COACHES,
The MPFL dvd is fine product. Just viewing it one can tell alot of work and production was put into it. It takes alot of time to produce such a product. Here in new york, if you wen't to the movies with your entire family, lets say 2 kids. That will cost you more than $50 for the day. If you went alone for three weekends straight, it will cost you $35. It adds up to either 1 or 3 movies seen and gone. If you wait for the movie to hit the dvd circuit, the average will be $15 for the 1 movie and $45 for the 3. Most dvd are bought as a collectors item. You watch it 2 or 3 times at home then put it away. The mpfl dvd is a movie regarding a hobby you personally love. It's an educational kit about how the NFL can be played on a table top board. The dvd is broken down into sections for you to view at your choice. Just click on the section you want to learn from over and over again. Your actually not buying the dvd to sit and watch like a movie with popcorn. I assume your buying it because your interested in the style of play and your looking to learn it. If that is the case, your going to have to watch the dvd over and over as you practice. That is how your going to learn the style. With that said, you may watch it an average of 20 times, isn't that worth the $35 !! mantaraydre

The MPFL DVD
is very well done. Excellent source for MF, and it will definitely show you the correlation between MF, and real football. Watching this DVD, and using this system has definitely attracted me back to this game (hobby).

The DVD is an eye opener! Very well done with quality graphics and demonstrations. Whether you choose to play this way or not, it will improve your knowledge of the game of miniature football from square-one to expert level.
