Raiders Jerseys?

These are good pictures. No I don't think the raiders ever had white outlines, I think what you're seeing is stitching like others have said.

Did you know the Raiders original colors were black and gold? This was their first logo
They had black helmets with this logo and a white stripe. Their white jerseys had gold numbers with a black outline. Here's a plaque with the raiders uniform history.
