Anyone have a contact in China so I can make new bases?

Guys,
I have been trying for over a year to locate a company domestically and in China that will make these new bases I have designed, but really none I have contacted are interested because of the limited number I am willing to buy (bought 15,000 sprues of dials before). Trust me, if these bases ever do come out, it will change the way you play this game forever! So, any help that is offered to me personally will be a blessing for the game and all that play it!
