3-yd rule question

If I have a board that is much smaller than the scale boards used in the MPFL, should the 3-yd rule change into more of a 5-yd rule?

we use base lengths to measure that doesnt change.

In the MPFL System nothing changes. The 3 yard rule is still the same.

The system is played at it's best on a scale size board, but it is also effective on smaller boards.
