Default SERIOUS SOLITAIRE FORUM NEEDED

COACHES,

lets face it, in a round about way, solitaire mf has been treated like having to date the ugly friend on a friday night. Are solitaire coaches taken seriously, maybe and maybe not. There may be coaches who have been in the trenches (Battling in many tourneys and leagues) who feel someone playing solitaire is a second class citizen. maybe the competative nature amongst yourself is just not enough to warrant serious press. What may be overlooked in solitaire is it's therapeutic and healing nature for the football mind.

Due to the new MFCA web page, we are going to get many many more visits to our site. Alot of the visitor's will be men looking for a hobby/escape to balance out there everyday lives. Many will be over 40 who have no desire to get on a football field due to age and physical status. But this game puts you back on the gridiron without any medical insurance worries. There could be a guy living in white fish montana looking to play football outside of playstation. HE NEEDS TO SEE BOTH OPTIONS FOR JOINING ANY LEAGUE IN THE COUNTRY AND ALSO PLAYING SOLITAIRE .

The solitaire section on the MFCA site has been good but the ante needs to be upped. ONLY EXISTING SOLITAIRE COACHES CAN UP THE ANTE BY GIVING A DETAILED BLUEPRINT ON HOW YOUR LEAGUE IS SET UP AND RAN.
Similar to what reg has been doing. So when a visitor gets on the site he sees

1)logo's
2)your teams
3)Brief intro on how you started your solitaire league
4) A look into your standings and stats
5) A look into the various rules

etc etc etc etc

Wolf said it can be set up but you must be willing to help him. I think it is a great idea to revamp it and present it in a new light
maybe an overall MFCA sub logo can be created just for the solitaire coach.
It's just a matter of time but eventually the Mfca will get

1)vietnam vets
2)injured athletes
3)handicapped people
4) Just retired workers looking for something extra to do other than golf
5)The loner or lonely

***In the world of computers, you never know who is looking for the perfect escape and it can be right here. People like to see a blueprint of something that may interest them to help them decide. I UNDERSTAND WE HAVE A SOLITAIRE SECTION, BUT IF IT WAS EXPANDED THAT WOULD BE GREAT.

Default Great Post

I was just thinking that we need at the very least a "Find a league"-maybe call it "Find a friend". It would be very interesting to see who is playing this game by themselves and where they are located.
Wolf, would it be possible to add a map within each region and name all the solo leagues?
