In french I would say "la réalité dépasse la fiction" (reality is bigger than fiction)

Default strong as steel

Hi,

Today coming back from work, I finished the chest and bellies. Just need to add legs protections and muscles, and the figures will be complete.

On the first pics, you can see the defensive ends and nose tackle. Last pics, my 4 linebackers.

to be continued...

At the same time I'm searching for UFL info , I'm working on the legs of my athletes.

On the pic : SS, CB, LB, CB

speaking of UFL, I'm seriously thing about them for my solitaire league...I was thinking of arena football first, but now I'm thinking of UFL and France Elite 1, since these leagues are small -5 (6 next year) teams in UFL, 8 in France Elite 1)...

I'm even thinking of abandonning my Giants team to start a new thing in place of it...Since I already have 2 (almost) complete NFL teams (steelers and 49ers), I can already have nfl games (great for demo play, because everybody knows at least the Niners here in France, because of the big USA sports fashion during 80's-90's, with pay-tv/cable democratisation, etc...), add options guys to these 2 teams sometimes, so a third team will not bring so much more fun...The last thing is that I built my 49ers and steelers teams with the same style...My starting giants team is a way diferent (btw I'll probably mix the figs of that team with other ones to make a more mixed style...)

It's why I want to try new things...

edit : seeing the pics I need to fix that clown shoes on my right CB

Default Almost completed

Hi,

Last days I added some legs details, towel, etc...

Need to add some arms muscles and shoulders on a few athletes (CBs and safeties), and the team will be ready to done.

I'm particularly happy with the left CB pose.

With the simple color scheme of the steelers, it should be quite fast to complete.

I'll undercoat them in white, not in grey, since the figures will be almost only bright colors (white jersey, yellow pants). It will make the job faster since I will have less painting coats to do.

By the way, the more I see that humongous nose tackle, with his low stance and static pose, the more I think it will be a center assassin

to be continued...
