For helmets, I usually just use decals for the logos...I do the helmet stripes with paint...

I am trying for the pant stripes with decals because some of them get too thick when I paint them...like the Giants away stripes where there are 3 stripes but grey in between them...I think a decal would look better with those...maybe...

I think I am going to pick up a magnifier today...that should help some..
