I am not for or against these rules but if it is to be a MFCA project then how does a new set of rules help us achieve or apply to the mission statement that we were founded under.

Mission Statement: Unifying the miniature football hobbyist by promoting miniature football, educating the public and providing a unified association which recognizes and supports the diverse coaches and leagues.

I am asking this because we seem to be off course, unable to complete the items voted on at the busness meeting, unable to complete the committee asignments, unable to respond to a once a month MFCA newsletter, unable to submit an article to the magazine on time or at all. Yet we want to continually start something new under the MFCA flag. If a new rule set is wanted then the membership should of spoke to get it on the agenda for a vote. When I asked for agenda items, I recieved 2 responses out of 160 members. When I asked the MFCA reps, "are you working on dates for your regional skills contests?" I recieved 1 response to a simple yes or no question.

This can not continue to work this way and I hold my self responsible for not providing more direct leadership.

If MFCA rules are wanted, then how do they serve the directives of the MFCA and our purpose for existing? Does the membership understand what the MFCA is here for? If not, then maybe take a few minutes and think about it.

I am only looking for answers and this should not be taken any other way.

Default Point well taken...

I see our own rules unifying the MFCA as all members and regions can take part in their development. A true group effort that will benefit the hobby in the long run. Based on post and resopnses not everyone agrees and that's fine too....

I appreciate the reminder of other regional/ MFCA tasks. I hope that we can make room for the rules project and include it in the agenda soon.

I will be in touch with you regarding some of the issues you have raised.
