Can you use heat or straight pliers action?
Candle warmers or cold pliers?

You can use whatever works for you. Pliers, sandpaper, candle warmers are all legal. The idea is to find the strongest and the fastest while giving the new people and bystanders a chance to see some of the techniques. This way it can be a learning session also. The only exception is: No added chemicals or oils.
Also, you can choose to tweak all 4 bases or focus on 1 or 2. Its up to you.

for an extra challenge i think you guys should try and get the bad run of proline fast miggle bases to ACTUALLY BE FAST!

Or will we have a mixture or combination to choose from?

Not determined yet, but I believe one of the two sets will be Prolines. I will let you know as soon as I have it confirmed.

What two sets would you like to have? They should be from two different manufacturers.

I would suggest Miggle Proline TTC's and Buzzball Directional Bases.
