No. If you go to the Hall of Fame in Canton, the original hand-painted prototype Buccaneers helmet is on permanent display. It's actually pretty impressive, you have to look fairly hard to notice that it is a hand painted helmet.
But, no blue and yellow. Creamsicle all the way. YUK!!!
