Default THIS IS GREAT

Coaches

One thing in the miggle camp i always love were the 67 big men. I think they look awesome once decaled to the max, facemasked, then glazed up with a coating . All miggle big men teams look great with all the right fixings. One key ingredient to making these big men pop is doing the shoe the right way. The better the footwear, the better your players will look. Couple that with neckrolls on those tackle figures as linebackers. Paint arm wraps on some players. Make towels for alot of the players. I found coffee stirers to be perfect for making handwarmers. A placw where i get my coffee in the morning have the perfect size round stirers (no flats). You can really do a big man team up if done right. With beenutts fast acting decals, you can have the entire nfl. Im going back on the mig to check thing out.

in my estimation, you need 3 to 4 bags of big men to do a team with a little freedom. In other words with 3 bags (all dark or white) you get 9 blockers, On offense you can use 5 blockers for your offensive line and take the other 4 blockers for your defensive line (4-3 defense)

you get 12 wr's and rb's out of three bags. I use the short arm wr/rb figures on offense and the long arm rb/wr figures as defensive backs. (put towels on all)

I use the tackle figure as a qb also. Look the part be the part, you must glue a football under his right or left hand. THE GREAT DOC SMEBY SAID THETACKLE FIGURE ARE THE BEST TO USE AS TIGHT ENDS. REASON BEING THEY CAN BLOCK AND GET UPFIELD UNBLOCKED. THE TACKLE FIGURE MAY BE THE STRAIGHTEST RUNNING FIGURE IN THE HISTORY OF THE HOBBY, i have seen many coaches use them as running backs. (please glue a football under his arm if this is your route. at tight end, smeby said just paint the shirt sleeves a little shorter to give it that tight end look. If your a sculptor, maybe you can use a little clay and create a little arm muscle on these tight ends. That jeremey shockey short sleeve look.

happy big men hunting.

Hi Dre,

thank for these tips

could you tell me what exactly we 've got (speaking of figures types) on a 11 players bag of figures, please ?

I was thinking about purchasing 2 bags of a team (= one O squad and one D squad) to add to the big board I'm planning to build for my brother christmas gift...do you think it will be a good start enough for his team ?

thanks,

dimitri

Default 67 BIG MEN

hey french

You can do it with 2 bags you will just haveto shuffle around the players
for example you only get 6 blockers. Now you must figure out how to shuffle players. If you use 5 blockers on the offensive line, that leaves you with 1 for the defensive line. I DONT REALLY LIKE THE WIDE ARM FIGURES SO I GET EXTRA BAGS TO ALLEVIATE USING HIM.. i WANT THE EXTRA BAGS TO GET THE EXTRA BLOCKERS FOR DEFENSE, also, for the extra wide receivers if i want to go 4 wide. And for the extra db's to play NICKEL COVERAGE OR A DIME COVERAGE.

ALSO, IF YOUR DOING FULL FIELD KICKOFFS, since youre recievers and db's should be the fastest runners on your team. with 3 bags you get 12 wr's/db's. take 11 of them and combine them for your special teams.

*** just look at the fig's in 2 bags and determine who do you want where.
The shuffling is all up to you. it's just my personal preferenbce to get three knowing i have enough players to make the squad i want.

***I JUST HATE WHEN SOMEONE USES HIS QUARTERBACK AS A LINEBACKER ALSO. But if you cant afford an extra bag or 2 you must do what you have to do to play the game.

thanx

You only need 22 players to start with. If there is a lot of interest he will build on it. I started with 11 men, one with broken arms. I have been playing 40 years as of December 25th. Hope this helps.

thank you both

I'll buy only 2 bags (one dark, one clear) and detail it the simple way (facemasks and decals). The purpose is to make a beautiful gift with the board and the dedicated team. After that, he will have to buy other figures, decals, and (most important) bases for tweak learn

I don't know what team I should choose...certainly one of the top teams (Steelers, perhaps).

Default YOU GUYS ARE RIGHT

COACHES,

MY FOCUS IS ON ALL DARK TEAMS.

But if you buy one dark and one light you can make a decent 22 man squad. You have to decide who you want playing qb. many coaches use the wide arm figure as qb in this type of set up. just follow the same set up as the tackle figure.

1)football glued in the left or right hand

2)towel hanging in front if desired.

really love the Miggle 67 big man. Have the so-called Steelers in black and the so-called Dolphins in white. Plans to order Beenutt's pre-cut decals.

Speaking of pre-cut decals, does it work well??

Please let me know

have a nice day and have some real good football on TV
