No need for stripes

It depands what you want to create. Stripes are old school. See in the UFL (again ) some teams have very modern uniforms with no stripes (Omaha, Florida, Las Vegas), other ones 's got stripes on more classic uniforms (Sacramento, Hartford).

Strips give immediatly a "vintage" touch to the uniform.

in respect to another Canadian on the forum I now have a tight-end!
you are on the team. (depending on what other family/ local friends I end up putting in you might get pushed to second string and 2 TE sets. but you have a roster spot and are currently a starter.)

send me a PM with 3 options for number, your actual name and skin tone info!

Welcome to the LOONS!
woohoo! go Loons!

You know that looks a lot nastier than anything I had envisioned with the name "Loons"

Well Done!

Default INTRODUCING

The first 2 players are ready for paint

The QB: It is my girlfriend (note the pony tail) so it is meant to look like a girl wearing equipment that is too big. She is also wearing all the equipment I could think of as she would NEED protection (shoulders, the lower back, hips, thighs, knees and tail-bone padding)

No 1 WR: Me! Making an awesome catch (a ball will be in the hands, but I want to paint them separately and then glue after) and I have a mean looking visor. (I tried to make this one taller so maybe it would be easier to pass to.)

wow I am only 6 foot 1 inch... I will make you a MONSTER!

As for loons looking mean: I studied loons in my first undergrad... they can be VERY nasty. They are VERY territorial, seen in their posturing and Flapping displays. Also, in fights (for territory and mates) males will swim under and impale rivals with their beaks, eviscerate them and leave them to die.

DON'T CROSS A LOON UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY!!!!

Default THIS IS WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT.

Lin-hoop,

THIS IS WHAT IM TALKN ABOUT !!

I always wanted to see coaches take the time and create their own team.

My first team ever in the hobby since coming back are my mantarays. Once i get my figs from watts i will be creating a new team of rays.

BACK TO YOU

1)I love the name, I would NEVER EVER post that i liked a team name if i did not really mean it. Soon as i saw this it jumped out at me. IT HAS A NICE RING TO IT.

2)THE UNI'S ARE ABSOLUTELY SWEET !!!!! I love them

3)Using the people you know for your roster. This is what i did when making the rays. It's fun and real

PLEASE MAKE THIS TEAM WITH EVERYYTHING YOU HAVE. THANX FOR THINKING THIS OUT AND WANTING YOUR OWN CREATION.

MANTARAYDRE
