Remember , for a pulling lineman to be able to get his block a running back has to stay behind the pulling lineman. So you better be sure that you block the defensive player that was lined up over the pulling lineman or that defensive player may ruin your play.

It also depends on your rule set. For a trap play to work you need to have you line block down. Which means if the guard is pulling the "O" tackle needs to block his man, the fullback needs to block the "D" end and the pulling guard needs to block the first defender he see. If your rules do not allow to pivot then these plays will not work.

Earl wants to run the trap because he has seen how much success Franco has had with it and he runs out of bounds. I must get to work and open some holes for my stud. Help is on the way Earl.
