I got it from AutoZone for Advertisement Sponsoring Car Washes from there old Posters... That's when an Idea clicked inside of my head on the sturdy, yet light weight material could be good for other than being a poster..
Yeah your right on it being huge though cheese, no problem here with that though, just act like a Nike Tennis Shoe and JUST DO IT

Some Miggle figs, " exacto, lighter, and mud " reshape them to look like regular citizens..

It's called coroplast...

You can find it all over the place. Most sign shops carry it.
