Hi Norbert,

Sorry for the newbie question, but what is an "ironman" base

Is it a base mixing strenght and speed ?

thank you,

dimitri

Default Yes, Ironmanbases have strenght and *abit* of speed

Hello Dimitri, I train 3 types of bases, from these 3 types, a coach can build a complete team, 1. powerbases are for the OL and DL, 2. speedbases are for your skilled positions, Blitzers, TB, FS, WR's and QB, 3. IRONMANBASES are excellent for CB, SS, LB, TE, and FB, Ironman is a name I came up with for this type of base, Ironmanbases are not as strong as the powerbases but run much better, they are much stronger then the speedbases but are slower.

OK, thank you. Now I understand better. I can see the advantage of "ironman" base for TE, I was wondering myself what type of bases should I use for my tight end or RBs, for example.

Default Norbert

You know what would be great....if you posted vids on how to tweak similar to Reg's customizing videos.

If I can get this tweaking thing down then perhaps I can get that monkey off my back and finally beat you.

Peace ~
