Default The only thing I never get about this stuff ...

Why when the game is on the line and no time on the clock, at the highest level of play, NOT run out of bounds when they know that time is a factor?

Check out Santonio Holmes on the fourty yard play. He makes a GREAT play. He gets his team into FG position and a shot at the end zone. Then he gets up and struts like a peacock around the endzone towards the fans while his teammates run franticlly to get another play in. They have to call time out. They have to get the "me" out of Holmes head so he can get back into the "we".
He is not the poster child for this at all. It is all through theNFL on a weekly basis.
I was at a Giant game a few years ago when the Bears were in town. The Gmen punted to Devon Hester who caught the ball 8 yards deep in the end zone. He walked a few steps , saw the giant line walk towards the sidelines as if the play was over , and ran for the longest punt return I have ever seen.
PROFESSIONALS ? The play is not over till the play is over.

Officials, stupid millionaires, but we love the game. I am not quite what the pressure is on the field but being from a generation of no dances in the endzone and guys staying on one team for their career, it just amazes me sometimes.
I keep seeing Holmes walking away from the line of scrimmage towards the crowd through the endzone with seconds left when he should be getting his team lined up for a spike. I will always see the Giants walking off the field in the middle of a play, no excuse. No fines either.

SUPER BOWL MVP --- Bruce ( from NEW JERSEY )

Enough of me, I have to do some work or I will get fined.

I think they made the right choice on the Super Bowl MVP..

That was a hell of a catch and keeping his feet down...

IMO.. Santonio deserved it..

And I was rooting for the Cardinals..

But hey.. My biggest wish was a good game that went down to the wire..
(what else ya gonna do at this point of the season when you're a Chiefs fan??)
