Default Weight Limit

3.8 grams is the limit (with base). All figures are allowed with the exception of figures with their arms formed straight up or straight out to empede a receiver and force tough throws for a quarterback. Buzzball, Miggle, Jennings, FF.com etc are all allowed.

I am still tweaking the rules somewhat, but I have not changed them much from last season.

Default Styx

We will be using pro teams this year, however I understand some people just play with college teams and if that is all you play with, then college teams will be allowed...pro is prefered.

Offense in dark and defense in white ? Or just bring what you have ?

Teams need to be all the same jersey. We have never been fond of the whole...offense dark, defense white concept. This is what we prefer, however I am not going to turn anyone away if this is how they have their team setup...we are flexible.

Unhappy Update

I will leave this post up until the convention...However....if I can not get more than five committments by that time, then I will cancel the Invitational.

I understand it is far out yet, but money must be paid up front to hold the room at the Ramada. I also understand that I am not located in a central location that best serves the miniature football community. I was just hoping to give everyone another tourney they could play in to take up the gap between the MFCA Convention and Miggle (not excluding Eric and Dave's Open Run).

Thanks for those of you who have given me some support on this....

Default 3.8

Lead tape allowed to get the players near 3.8? My teams are set up now for 3.2 to 3.3.

I am going to hit a fall tournament for sure...likely yours.

Tom

The only nice thing about the dark/light concept is that what if two people bring the home Packers for instance...makes it extremely tough to tell offense from defense, tackles, etc.
