Dre' and all other coaches...
The games are all played at the hotel in two conference rooms. Also you had a couple places to eat near the hotel. Lastly the Beltsville crew put on a real good convention. If you haven't been you're missing some good fellowshipping and MFing. Darrian

CALLED THE HOTEL ???
BELTSVILLE COACHES,
I called the hotel and the desk clerk could not find the name of the tourney with the $79 rate. She did mention beltsville bash but you justhad that. What is the name of the tourney that is registered with the hotel for october. Is there a code number we can give the hotel. The clerk asked were there a block of rooms reserved. I was not sure if there were a block of rooms resereved or we can just get the $79 rate at that time without a block. Please let me know before i call back. Please see if the hotel has the tourney listed for those dates. Thanx mantaraydre

I just left the hotel, had to clear up some things. But ypu should be good to book rooms now. Trying to get a cheaper price.

Just a note
Guys ask how are we able to afford these Tournaments. Well we generate how funds thru our league. And also were blessed to have the people at the Comfort Inn that gives us a heck of a deal. This how were able to make it work. And this Season the Commish of the league has come up with a great idea. Those who play in the league automatically has there Tournament fee paid in full. So there is a benefit in playing in the BEFL. Great games plus all the extras
